I am an investor. How do I get into the restricted area?
By personal invitation only, after a first conversation. There is no open registration. The route starts with the form on »For Investors«.
I am thinking about handing over my company.
Then »For Entrepreneurs« is the page. A first conversation commits you to nothing and stays confidential — we speak to nobody about it.
Do you work outside Austria?
Yes. The focus is DACH and Central Europe. Through our partner organisations we are additionally represented in Italy, France, Spain and the United States. Engagements happen on site.
Do you invest in companies you have previously advised?
Our focus is on long-term partnerships. How such a partnership is structured depends on the situation — a participation can be part of it, but need not be. Whatever applies in a given case, we discuss it openly and set it out contractually.
How are mandates compensated?
By agreement. Scope, deliverables and compensation are set out beforehand in a proposal or term sheet — before any work begins.
